As a coach, Jeannette combines decades of mentoring experience with a passionate commitment to helping clients close the gap between talent and achievement. She has a keen understanding of the gendered and cultural dynamics that can prevent women and minorities from achieving their full potential and loves utilizing her knowledge to help people build their desired life.

HER PUBLISHED BOOK
Published by the School of Architecture from the Universidad Central de Venezuela and the Fundación Polar, this book centers on the work of the internationally recognized Venezuelan architect Hélène de Garay, revealing intimate stories of her personal life and her architecture.

She shares what it was like growing up as a girl in the French countryside during the war, about her family’s migration from Spain to Venezuela, and her adaptation to high school life in the fifties. We also learn about her experiences studying architecture and being a full-time professional, married with children. Hélène engages us in her triumphs and frustrations in the profession, and details of her design process at her own architecture firm created in 1975.

The conclusions are centered on three aspects: women as professionals in architecture, the unfolding of her vocation and the development of skills, and abilities needed to create.
